Xtreme HD IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, et seq.).
Our service provides software and server infrastructure access for multimedia streaming protocols. We do not host, store, or upload copyrighted video media files directly on our web servers. All media playback occurs directly between remote origin broadcasters and user clients.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent thereof and believe that any content made available through our portal infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the specific material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (including direct stream URLs).
- Contact information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
