1. Service Description & Subscriptions

Xtreme HD IPTV provides access to premium television streams, video on-demand (VOD), and electronic program guide (EPG) metadata. Subscriptions are billed on a prepaid fixed-term basis (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months). There are no long-term contracts, and subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit authorization.

2. Permitted Device Connections

Each subscription is strictly authorized for the number of concurrent connections purchased (1, 2, or 3 connections). Sharing your credentials with unauthorized third parties or exceeding your purchased connection limit may result in temporary automated stream throttling or suspension.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: (a) restream, rebroadcast, or commercially redistribute our streaming signals; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract private server keys; (c) use automated bots or scrapers against our portal.

4. Service Availability & Performance

While we target an industry-leading 99.9% anti-freeze uptime, streaming quality is dependent on the end-user's local broadband connection and device performance. We recommend a minimum stable speed of 30 Mbps for 4K UHD streaming.
